 The 1Dx Side Mount (Industry Standard Inch) RoundRail Linear Guide features the new patented Super Smart Ball Bushing bearings with up to 216X the life or 6X the load capacity of conventional bearings.  The RoundRail Advantage, the inherent self-aligning-in-all-directions design, allows for ultra smooth travel when mounted on wider toleranced prepared surfaces.

  • Available in 1/2, 3/4, and 1 inch diameters.
  • Continuously supported design increases rigidity, provides for unlimited linear guide travel lengths
  • Versatile Side Support Rail assembly geometry for optimizing mounting ability
  • Side Mount design provides an increase in pull-off load capacity


The 1Dx Linear Guide comes in three versions:

1DA Single Side Mount (two single or one twin pillow block)
1DB Double Side Mount (two twin or four pillow blocks)
1DC Double Side Mount (w/ table, two twin or four pillow blocks)
