  • Ball, crossed roller, or recirculating ways
  • Leadscrews, ballscrews, or linear motors
  • Travels from 2” x 2” to 27” x 27”
  • Stage body thicknesses as low as 1.2 inches
  • Complete with motors, knobs and couplings (where applicable), built-in Hall-effect limit switches, and locking motor and limit/encoder connectors with strain-relieved cables

XY Tables

The XY Series incorporates precision, cost-effective ball ways. It is built using a monolithic center, which precisely locates the critical duplex and radial bearing journals within the massive center section. This design results in the lowest profile available for an X-Y Table (3.5"), and "machines-in" orthogonality which is determined solely by the center section machining. These units incorporate anti-backlash friction nuts coupled to precision leadscrews to achieve very high repeatability. They come complete and ready to operate with motors, knobs, limit switches, and locking connectors.Learn More >

Open Frame

Danaher Motion offers two types of Open Frame XY Tables:

  • OFS™ Series Small Open Frame XY Tables: The OFS Series of open frame X-Y tables combines low profile two-axis positioning with a clear aperture. These tables employ ball ways and feature a three-piece construction, which “machines-in” orthogonality.
  • OFL™ Series Large Open Frame XY Tables: The OFL Series provides increased travel and load bearing capacity in an open frame X-Y configuration. These tables address a wide range of precision positioning applications which require mechanical or optical, two-sided access.

XYMR™ Microscope Stage: The Microscope Stage brings automated, highly accurate X-Y positioning to a wide range of microscope-based applications including wafer, mask, and die inspection; cell counting and analysis; video profilometry; etc.

X-Theta™ Stage:The Low Profile X-Theta Stage provides two axes of motion in a stage body height of only 1.2 inches, making it ideal for various inspection applications, including wafer, CD, and hard drive media.Learn More >
