Direct drive technology eliminates the gear wear, torque variations, and backlash conventional rotary tables encounter.

• DRT-100: Despite its high level of performance, the DRT-100 Stage is very compact, with body dimensions of 105mm x 105mm x 65mm. Its 25mm through-bore allows convenient routing of optical beam paths or vacuum/pneumatic lines.
• DRT-200: Despite its high level of performance, the DRT-200 stage is very compact, with body dimensions of 210mm x 210mm x 843mm. Its 65mm through-bore allows convenient routing of optical beam paths or vacuum/pneumatic lines.
• MicroTheta-5™: Ideally suited for photonic alignment applications and provides ±5° of motion with a resolution, repeatability, and stability of only two micro-radians (0.4 arc seconds).
